CityVet-Carmel was the best vet experience I have ever had. Everyone was extremely friendly from the second we walked in the front door. Lobby and rooms were extremely clean. I brought my cat here for a rabies shot and they have a room dedicated to cats which is extremely nice as someone who has a cat who does not like dogs. The vet even sat on the floor with my cat and just let her sit in her lap because she is not a fan of standing on tables. Goose and I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know that had animals :)

Such a great experience from start to finish. I brought my anxious dog, Chance, in for her annual checkup and rabies shot, and the staff was incredibly sweet and nurturing with her. They even let her choose between cheese on a stick or peanut butter to lick during her shot, I don’t even think she felt it! Chance had a great checkup, and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They simply gave me a few helpful recommendations I can do at home. The clinic is very clean, there was no wait, I booked my appt online, and they even called the next morning to make sure she wasn’t having any reactions to the vaccine. Highly recommend!

Time for our girl Ollie’s shots and annual check up. All went well. Kindness and professionalism from the minute we opened the door. A minor pet emergency was ongoing when we arrived. We were well informed and to Ollie’s pleasant surprise extra treats were offered. Another good visit with Dr. Beeson. So kind and caring. Everything was well explained. Thanks to all your team Dr. Beeson. And……….Ollie LOVES the exam room with the window that goes all the way down to beagle level.

Love this vet office! I was so impressed with Dr. Beeson. She walked in and immediately sat down on the floor so she could be eye-level with our pup. She talked soothingly to our dog while still performing a thorough exam. I met several of the doctor’s assistants, they were both kind and professional in their duties. I’m so happy to have found this place!

Very nice facility. Wonderful staff who were very warm, professional, competent, and they appeared to be enjoying their job and serving people. Dr Beeson was very knowledgeable and took time to explain my dog's condition thoroughly and how we could work to change my dog's behavior issue. I will definitely refer others there.
