We had a wonderful experience at east coast! Dr. Tajmir took excellent care of my puppy, who had multiple injuries to her paws. He was very compassionate, informative, and thorough in explaining how to care for her at home and what to expect during her recovery. I truly appreciate the care and attention he gave her and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable veterinary team!

Dr Tajmir is awesome, the staff is super nice, and my Pugs so far have not had any negative experiences. Oreo might disagree since she was spayed yesterday lol but my every experience has been great. 2 of 3 pugs have established and the third soon will. The health plans are sooo worth it! Editing to add : our little lady was spayed and her nares done, it is without exaggeration the best incision I have ever seen. She did great, recovering beautifully a week postop. We established our 3rd pug as well, and I still have no complaints at all!

Love everyone at East Coast. Koda loves everyone too, as soon as we walk in, she acts like she owns the place and gets everyone’s attention, Everyine staff member we have come in contact with was very knowledgeable and they all have excellent customer service. Koda has had a few issues with her tummy but since going to East Coast she has finally over come them for now. Love everyone at Eaat Coast

I cannot say enough good things about East Coast Animal Hospital. We came to them during an extremely difficult and urgent situation, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with compassion, empathy, and genuine concern. We weren’t even established patients, yet they found a way to squeeze my fur baby in because they understood that he needed help. They listened to our concerns, heard our cries for help, and immediately took action. They were thorough with his examination, discussed additional testing and lab work, and prescribed medication at an appropriate therapeutic dose rather than simply starting at the lowest dose and making us repeatedly come back while he was suffering. What impressed me even more was the follow-up. They called after our initial visit and again the following day to ask how he was doing and whether anything had changed. That level of concern meant more to me than I can put into words, especially after having such a different experience elsewhere. Unfortunately, we ultimately had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my baby down. Even through that process, East Coast Animal Hospital continued to show us compassion. They were quick with referrals, recommendations for further testing, and information about services that could help us when it became time to say goodbye. And even after everything, they still followed up with us. They didn't just treat an animal. They treated us like family during one of the most painful experiences a pet owner can go through. The compassion, communication, thoroughness, and genuine empathy we received made a lasting impression on me. Because of how they cared for my baby and for us, I will be transferring my other fur baby here and becoming an established client. Thank you to everyone at East Coast Animal Hospital for hearing us when we needed help, for taking us seriously, and for treating my baby with dignity and compassion when it mattered most. I will never forget how you treated us.

I am so happy that I found an amazing vet for my first dog Luna. East Coast Animal Hospital is always available to take appointments short notice and I love that they remember her every time we come in they even notice her changes in behavior. Also the monthly membership is a life and money saver!!!
