I truly believe Dr. Mejias saved my cat’s life. When my cat developed pyometra, it became a terrifying situation very quickly. I was panicked, but the moment Dr. Mejias saw her, she immediately recognized how serious it was and moved fast to get her the care she needed. What really stood out to me was how attentive she was to every detail. I felt like she actually took the time to look at my cat and understand what was going on instead of just rushing through the appointment. She explained everything to me clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood the urgency of the surgery. As a gay Latino man, I’m very particular about the energy and trust I feel with people caring for my pets, and with Dr. Mejias I immediately felt like my cat was in the right hands. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals and isn’t just going through the motions like you sometimes see at other hospitals. Thanks to her quick thinking and skill, my cat made it through a very serious condition and is recovering well. I’m honestly so grateful for her. If you want a vet who is attentive, compassionate, and truly in it for the animals, Dr. Mejias is the one. 🐾

Dr. Mejias is truly one of the most attentive and compassionate veterinarians I’ve ever encountered. From the moment she walks into the room, you can tell she is paying attention to every detail and genuinely listening not just to the symptoms, but to my pet and me as well. She takes her time during exams, explains things clearly, and you never feel rushed or brushed off. What really stands out is how obvious it is that she’s in this field for the animals. Her care feels thoughtful and thorough, and she approaches every case with real concern for the pet’s wellbeing. In a time where some hospitals can feel rushed or more focused on moving appointments along, Dr. Mejias is the complete opposite. She makes you feel like your pet truly matters. It’s rare to find a veterinarian who combines such strong medical knowledge with genuine compassion, but Dr. Mejias does exactly that. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Veterinary Diagnostic. My dog needed emergency surgery for a tumor, and from the second we walked in, we were met with compassion, professionalism, and genuine love. Dr. Mejias, Ruben, Renato, and Leilani were absolutely outstanding. They were calm, reassuring, knowledgeable, and so incredibly kind during one of the most terrifying moments for our family. They didn’t just treat my dog — they cared for all of us. Every question was answered with patience, and we never once felt rushed or overlooked. Everyone in this office is the best. I had to take my dog in for a scary medical emergency and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. All the staff is so sweet and knowledgeable. They took their time to explain everything to me to keep me at ease while my baby had surgery. 100% recommend taking your fur baby to them!
