Well, if there were more stars, I’d definitely give them to LeadER. They truly offer the best of the best in every aspect. From exceptional customer service to the dedicated nurses & staff, even the cleaning crew is great! The hospital is equipped with the latest tec for every need including diálisis! Now, let’s talk about the doctos. I can’t fully describe how incredible and quality Doctors they have in their staff. I’ve had the privilege of having 3 of these doctors treat 4 of my babies. Miley and Henry had Dr. Nick as their cardiologist for years until they passed away due to CHF. Nowadays, Hankie is also under Dr. Nick’s care for CHF also. Chloe was treated by Dr. Horgann, an orthopedic surgeon who skillfully repaired a second break on her right fibula. Recently, just 4 nights ago, Hankie was admitted to LeadER emergency room due to a hernia & bladder emergency . He was treated by Dr. Brian, an internist surgeon DVM, who successfully repaired a perforated hernia and attached his bladder. He's now with me @ home, getting loads of love & kissesto help him recover from such painful ordeal. Every treatment or surgical intervention has been a resounding success, and the post-operative services are amazing as well. The nursing staff & techs are incredibly caring & compassionate. I’ve witnessed firsthand how every dog is treated with kindness, receiving the proper care each needs. They handle each dog as if it were their own pet, striving to provide the best care possible with a touch of love to make them feel better & allow them to return home to their families fast. Unfortunately, my Miley and Henry’s CHF disease took them from me too soon, despite the best treatments they received. I am incredibly grateful that LeadER has experienced & knowledgeable physicians who specialize in various areas of veterinary medicine. I know that when I take my babies to LeadER, they will be in good hands, receiving the best care money can buy. Thank Y❤️U, Team LeadER, for everything you do for MY PETS.

We were recommended to bring Stella, our Great Dane, to LeadER by her regular vet for additional diagnostic services. We could not have been more impressed by the facility, staff and attending vet, Dr. Phillips. We were treated with care and compassion from the very first call until we were walking out the door with our baby. I will always recommended LeadER to anyone that is ever in need of outstanding care for their fur babies. Thank you to all of the staff who made a difficult afternoon easier. Grateful to you all and to God for the seal of good health! The best start to the new year!

We had to bring our dog in after a snake bite emergency, and it was such a scary experience for us. The first estimate we received was honestly very expensive and overwhelming, but we’re truly grateful for all the staff who took care of our dog Aurora during such a stressful time. A special thank you to Tatiana for being so helpful, kind, and understanding throughout the process. She really took the time to help us, and thanks to the team, our dog is doing better now . We appreciate the care and attention they gave our baby during an emergency situation.

I had to make the difficult decision of putting my beautiful 10-year-old English golden retriever Snowy to sleep. This location was so comforting, so kind, They treated us with such warm and caring professionalism. When I received her ashes, I received Personal notes from all of the staff. They go above and beyond during a time of grief.

I am deeply grateful to the entire Leader team for the exceptional care they provided to my dog, Tom. From the very beginning, they treated him with kindness, compassion, and genuine love. Their attentiveness and understanding meant so much to us during such a difficult time. The level of professionalism and ethics they demonstrate is truly outstanding. You can tell they are not only highly skilled, but that they truly care about every pet and every family that walks through their doors. Thank you for taking care of Tom in the best possible way. We will always be thankful for everything you did for him.
