She killed my bird! My bird would be alive today had I gone to a different Vet. Seemed more interested in making money from the first phone call to the end. Vet lied and even charged me for services not performed. Vet never thought I would learn the truth.

I think it's important to note that while yes Veterinary care is expensive (& yes perhaps they could reconsider their prices or offer bundle deals), it's vitally important for them to collect bloodwork & imaging. It's quite literally the only way they can evaluate animals. They can't speak obviously. I mean think about it when you go to the emergency room that's exactly what doctors do: they get imaging & bloodwork. They can't just magically figure out what's wrong with your pet. If you've ever taken a look at your insurance bills imaging/diagnostics are expensive. Same for animals. These machines & medical equipment they have can cost well into the 6 figures for them to purchase. Look into animal health insurance, it can help with the costs. Also, sometimes animals truly are very ill & just the trauma of loading up & going to the bet cab scare animals into passing. They're very different from us physiologically. Some can handle anesthesia, some can't. It's always a risk & very serious risk but physicians need to run diagnostics in order to do just that: to diagnose & treat. Animals can present at home like they're mostly okay but really be dying & you don't even know. I'd say most of the issues here are customer service issues. Which definitely need addressed... and again prices could come down/be adjusted as well.

Absolutely horrible vet. She killed my bunny doing dental surgery. No phone calls. Had to call to find out my bunny had passed and they charged me $1800 for that.

Dr Kelleher killed my healthy young guinea pig on a routine procedure. Avoid this place at all costs

Way over priced. They are more worried about their money than your pet's health. They have bank tellers on your way out.
