I can't say enough wonderful things about this clinic. From the moment you walk in, the front desk team makes you feel welcome and cared for, especially Shannon. The vet techs, Jeff and Julia, are absolutely incredible. They are always so kind, attentive, patient, and truly amazing with the animals. You can tell they genuinely care and do everything they can to make both pets and owners feel comfortable. The doctors are equally amazing. They always find time to see my dog when needed, never make us feel rushed, and take the time to explain every step clearly. They are compassionate, loving, and treat every animal as if it were their own. You can truly feel how much they care. We had such a great experience at this veterinary clinic. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. You can truly feel how much they love animals and how dedicated they are to their work. A very special thank you to amazing Ms. Cat ! — she was incredibly attentive and compassionate. She made us feel comfortable and reassured during a stressful time. We are also so grateful to the doctor for being thorough, professional, and taking the time to explain everything clearly. It meant so much to us. The whole team is friendly, supportive, and truly goes above and beyond for their patients. We felt that our pet was in the best possible hands. It may sound foolish, but with their assistance, my health as a human has also improved. I can’t live in peace when my pets are suffering, and this place has restored both my pets and me to peace and happiness. Busi had two significant gashes that were infected, and Dr. Cepeda performed an incredible job, both quickly and safely. While Busi was away, Nurse Jeffrey kept me updated on the progress and explained very carefully all the aftercare we should do at home. That is also a crucial part of our responsibility as pet parents.

For anyone that needs quality care for their pets I highly recommend this hospital. The staff is wonderful extremely patient and genuinely care for animals. I have had my dog and cat taken care by them. Jeff is amazing! My kitty was so ill and they helped me with everything possible. Even though the care she needed was very expensive they did everything to help me find an affordable way to take care of my Luna. I'm so lucky to have her here with me today and it's because of the care she received 💕 Thank you for all your daily calls and care for my Luna.
