i took opal in for her first appointment and vaccinations and was highly please with the team and pricing! it was a really busy day, so i did have to wait over an hour past my appointment time, but emergencies happen, and i was luckily only there for a wellness appointment. i’m bringing her back in for her boosters and spay soon and i definitely trust this office to care for her properly.

I am not a customer of this location; I called because I need a travel certificate for my dog; unfortunately the vet isn’t certified for the country I’m traveling to and she’s currently on vacation. The receptionist that answered my call went above and beyond and sent me info on other vets in the area that can help me out. To the receptionist (I apologize- I don’t know her name) THANK YOU for your help! I truly appreciate you.

My experience at this clinic was terrible. This was my third visit, and the service has only gotten worse. • The first time was just okay. • On my second visit this week, my appointment was at 3:00 pm, but I didn’t leave until 5:50 pm. The wait to get into the exam room was outrageous, and once inside, it was another long wait. The staff is unprofessional, inconsistent, and the place is dirty. • Today, October 2nd, I went back for a recheck because my dog was still not doing well and the prescribed medication wasn’t working. My appointment was at 2:30 pm, and I arrived early at 2:20 pm. By 3:10 pm, I still hadn’t been seen. When I asked the receptionist, she simply said they were “running behind.” I explained that my time is valuable as well, and this level of disregard is unacceptable. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and completely unorganized. In the end, I had to leave without my dog even being seen, because they had no idea when I would actually be taken in. Also, while the Puerto Rican doctor appears very kind, he mentions practicing a type of Japanese medicine. I am not looking for experimental or alternative methods—I expect serious, effective veterinary medicine that can properly treat infections or any health problems my dogs may face. This place shows a total lack of professionalism, respect, and proper medical care. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Run from this place, they want to charge you for everything, $60 dollars visit $160 lab work, $60 each injections like rabies one and other, they want to recommend lab work each month for Addison disease condition you need to purchase medication in there, I been using other pharmacist for meds, they asked wish place I ordered the medication when over 6 months ago they transferred the prescription to Allivet, now they don’t want to do it. My appointment was for 10:30 am is 12:07 pm and am still here waiting… the Doctor was rude when I explained the I can’t afford everything today but I can schedule for labs another time. She said the she doesn’t want to treat him no more..this place is a mess. Disorganized
