How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Englewood Animal Health Center

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

So blessed and grateful for Englewood animal health center for taking care of my baby Biggie. They were very thorough and caring with my handsome boy. He had 15 teeth extracted and his recovery was smooth because of the thorough instructions I received. He was in good care. So thankful. Thank you guys.

We were walk ins with a very serious sick dog. The staff and doctors could see how upset we were and they did all they could to help us with the situation. We truly feel they saved our dog from death. She is on a journey back to being healthy again but she'll make it. Thank you so very much. Tippy's mom and dad, Sherry and Walter Ertz

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Mike, he was gentle with Spring and loaded me with information. Thank you for being so kind with my cockatiel. I will keep continual prayers with GOD and my Faith in Jesus to heal my Springs disabled foot. Thank You for the kind and pleasant service.

We boarded our compromised dog with kidney disease. We picked her up a few days later and she didn’t look well to me. Stumbling, and out of it. I know dogs can get stressed in a kennel situation. I used to work in a kennel in different veterinary location. I asked for my pup to be checked by a vet before I took her home. He said lungs and heart sound fine. She passed away at home less than 48 hours later. If I could see her stumbling around the office, everyone else had to notice this too. I really like the vet techs and the staff up front. I am not quite sure about the vet that checked her before we left or the kennel folks.

All staff here is so kind and truly cares about the work that they’re doing. I’ve only been here twice but both times they treated my rabbit like their own pet. They made sure I was thoroughly informed about every step of the treatment, addressed all my concerns sometimes before I had even brought them up, and allowed me to make informed decisions about my rabbit’s care without making me feel as though I had to decide one way or another. I’m so so grateful to have a vet that I can trust and know that they care for my rabbit as much as I do.
