I can’t thank this establishment enough for helping get my senior kitty back to health. He was very fragile and they immediately got to action when another vet we had been seeing for years failed us. Needless to say the staff is excellent and caring. And the vet is extremely passionate and knowledgeable. Your cat will be in amazing care coming here and they don’t recommend anything that’s not needed. They treat you and your fur babies with the same love as their own and that’s what is most important to me. You can feel confident knowing your baby will be handled with love and treated effectively!

Almost an hour late for our appointment. Vet tried to sell me the worst cat food known to man and when I disagreed with her she smiled in my face and asked where my degree was. 0/10 professionalism and 0/10 bedside manner. She was droning on and on at maximum volume about her contractor problems while my cat was having heart palpitations on the table. Will NEVER go back to this place. Also incredibly overpriced and they don’t even give you a rabies tag. Worst vet experience my cats and I have ever had.

If I could give one million stars, I would. I’ve been with Broadway since Dr. Perry and when Dr. Frana took over I just hoped it would still be amazing and I am even more amazed with her and the team. They go above and beyond for my cat every single time. They consistently prioritize her wellbeing and have done so much for both me and my cat. I cannot express enough how eternally grateful I am for this entire practice for such affordable care as well. I cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Frana and the staff at Broadway Cat Hospital. At a tender age of 18 years, our dear Mr. Mustache (a.k.a "Poopie" & "Mr. Mushy") crossed over rainbow bridge yesterday. Mr. Mushy struggled with health issues for the past few years and we know he would not have made it to 18 years of age if it wasn't for the TLC provided Dr Perry (before she retired) and recently Dr. Frana. Each time he had an issue, they quickly diagnosed the problem, offered options, and made sure he was comfortable as struggled in his senior years. We loved knowing when we took him in for an appointment there would not be any loud dogs barking to make him nervous. Everyone at Broadway Cat Hospital is very professional and compassionate. They treated as him/us as part of their own family. My family and Mr. Mushy highly recommend taking your feline family member to Broadway Cat Hospital.

We have been customers for over 18 years. I can only give my strongest positive recommendation. Dr. Perry just retired in August. However Dr. Frana is stepping into her shoes just fine. Recently, one of our cat became gravely ill (Liver Related) and no doubt that he would have died with out Dr. Frana's help. Her and her team saved his life. I can't give a better recommendation than that. And Dr. Frana and her team did it all with a salting of pride !
