When my dog Roulette came in during a severe cardiac episode, I was terrified — and from the moment I walked through the door, the entire team made me feel like she was in the best possible hands. What stood out immediately was the reception area and front staff. They really went out of their way to be warm, comforting, and communicative, making sure I had updates and never felt alone during an incredibly scary night. The veterinary team was thorough and intentional — they ran the right tests, kept Roulette comfortable throughout, and were instrumental in getting her properly diagnosed. Thanks to their care, we left with answers, a treatment plan, and real hope. I hope no one ever needs an emergency vet — but if you do, this is exactly where you want to be. This has not been my first visit there and each time my pets have walked away better for it. *It is an emergency vet so the prices are.... pricey.... but your babies are worth it!

The level of care and compassion that was shown to our dog was incredible! We are so grateful that we found this clinic so close to home. We rushed our senior dog to this clinic on Saturday when we noticed he was too weak to walk among other concerning symptoms. The vet immediately took our dog to the back and began treatment. It was discovered that he had severe internal bleeding from a tumor on his spleen that had ruptured. Our pup received a blood transfusion and, after his blood levels were up, he underwent surgery to remove his spleen and part of his liver (another tumor that had spread from the spleen). Our dog made it through the surgery and we are so happy to have him home! Dr. Padilla truly cares about his patients and their families. He walked us through every treatment and made sure we had all of our questions answered. We visited our dog everyday this past week without any issues and we were able to easily contact Dr. Padilla throughout the week to receive updates on our pup. Thank you to everyone at this clinic for saving my baby!

This vet saved my dog’s life. My dog ingested something that got stuck in his intestines. He had surgery and then developed sepsis. The vet communicated that he had a 50/50 chance of survival. During this time, they took care of my dog like he was a part of their family. I would call multiple times and visit everyday, everyone always responded with kindness and always answered my questions to their best ability. The nurses were super friendly and kind to both me and my dog. Every time I would cry, staff always reassured me and kept telling me that they were taking care of him like their own. Oscar was the person who helped me the most through this difficult moment. He answered any questions I had and was there with us every step of the way. After 10 days being at the clinic, I am happy to say our dog came home and is happy/healthy. Thank you for saving Coopers life!

Absolutely awful place. They are scammers. They don’t care about your pet. They withheld my pet for me until I paid money. This is literally a Ponzi scheme. They will charge you $157 just to tell you that they can’t do anything except charge you another $2000 to help your pet if you want to go get robbed definitely go here. They are so fake. They pretended to care about about my pet until I declined the almost $1000 charge they wanted to give me to still do nothing for my pet and then they were completely rude and threatened to withhold my animal from me.

My experience was excellent. Everyone on the entire staff was so warm, concerning for my pet and very helpful to my needs. Over and over again, they bent over backwards and far and beyond what anyone can expect from such a wonderful staff and facility. I highly recommend Animal Emergency Clinic for your pets. I am a very satified customer to say the least
