Dr. Jackson is amazing!!! She takes the time to discuss any concerns you have and is very gentle and caring when doing the hardest thing that needs to be done. The vet techs are very friendly and efficient. The ladies in the reception area greet you with wonderful smiles. Their prices are affordable. There is NO other place I would trust my babies to. We absolutely love this place! We had tried a previous Vet in our town but were not satisfied, it's like we were just another payment. So, we looked a town over and we are very happy we did. They treated our pups like their own and you can tell the staff really care! Dr. Ward was amazing and took her time. Definitely trust them to provide further care for our pups!

Getting in for an appointment was fast. Everyone in office is so friendly and helpful. Also very clean building! Lots of passionate, knowledgeable people very hard at work! Thanks for making my dogs first visit so easy, she was very frightened but they were patient and gentle with her. She left a happy, healthy doggy!! : ) highly recommend

i bring my senior dog and our family’s new kitten here, they handled all the initial vaccinations and spay for the kitten. she had an abnormal spay resulting in a larger incision and she still healed beautifully and they made me feel very comfortable in caring for after surgery with their instructions! my dog also enjoys coming here. i’m moving out of the area in December and am truly sad to have to find him a different vet! lovely staff, clean nice building, and the doctors were very open to checking out all my little concerns i had with my dogs health. if you live in crestview i really recommend this facility!!

Southside Animal Hospital got me right in to an appointment when my baby was ill. He wasn't even a client yet but he definitely is now. I've heard great things about Southside and I must say I agree. Very professional and compassionate. They diagnosed my baby with a heart murmur and put him on heart medication. I am glad I went there because I was told from other people that he was fine. I want to keep him around for as long as possible. Thank you Southside Animal Hospital 🐶❤️
