I spent about $300 at this clinic and left feeling unheard and frustrated. I tried my best with the little money I had to get my cat help. I brought her in because she had been excessively chewing herself, which started around the same time I became pregnant. After trying everything I could think of including 8 different calming products, 4 food brands, and flea and ringworm treatments.I was hoping to discuss a medication option that might finally help. Instead, I felt talked down to and dismissed. I was told additional tests were needed for issues I’ve already tried to address, without any meaningful discussion of my observations or concerns. I also explained that her wound had finally started healing, but she began chewing again immediately after being put in a carrier yet this wasn’t taken into account. Being told to “bring her in a carrier next time” without addressing the main issue just added to my frustration. I understand the importance of ruling out medical causes, but the communication and overall approach felt impersonal and not at all collaborative. Tragically, my cat later passed away after injuring herself severely while I was at work.

This has been my primary vet for over ten years. They have seen both of my German Shorthaired Pointers since they were 8 week old puppies. The welfare of my animals has always been the highest priority for Dr. Bregman, Shannon, and Ashley. Their communication is clear, direct, and timely. Both of my dogs were fixed at the reunion location and we’ve also received treatment over the years for routine vaccination, bloodwork, medication for persistent nausea, treatment for ear & eye infections, wound care when my dog was bit by another dog not known to us, referrals for amputation due to osteosarcoma, and ongoing monthly flea/tick/heart worm medication. They have also been great partners with other practices when we’ve had to seek specialized treatment. My pets come first in our interactions, and that’s what I want as a caretaker. Everyone at both their offices has been professional, caring, and attentive every time I have visited. I am thankful that they are my vets.

The doctor and staff are great, kind, patient and accommodating. Our Yorkie had always received wonderful care from the doctor. We have our regular visits and have been seen the same day when it was needed. Recommend them highly!!

We had to switch vets as our other was just too far and didn’t feel right. I am so glad we did! Just an incredible experience here. The front office staff is very friendly and kind. Shannon, the vet tech, was very helpful and knowledgeable and took great care of our little guy. Dr. Bregman is very straight and to the point, which we loved. Even with that, he was still very nice and I felt he genuinely cared about our puppy. I’m sure the negative reviews are because there’s no time to tell you how amazing and perfect your pet is, but they will absolutely take care of them and they get you in and out efficiently. We are very excited to keep our pets under Dr. Bregman and his staff’s care.

Called a hospital yet when I called ahead no one answered. I arrived and was told there was no doctor and the doctor only works on the weekend. Had not even listened fully to my voicemail and the attendant said sorry what did you say on it again? Never called me back. Would give 0 stars if possible. This is NOT A HOSPITAL
