We do not have enough good things to say about Fetch! We took our Zoe here when she was not doing well for an ultrasound and she ended up having to stay in the doggy ICU for over a week. During this time the staff was so friendly and attentive to her - we truly felt comfortable leaving at night knowing that she would be in great hands until we could see her next. Thanks to Dr Groover, Dr Arnold and Dr Adam Pfefferle for doing amazing work and some of Zoe great nurses Yasmin, Brittany and Alex who treated her like their own! It’s never an easy time when you need an emergency vet but we are so happy we went to Fetch!

It is scary when you have to take your fur baby to a hospital for a medical issue. Recently, I had to take my boy, Poncho, in for the removal of his gallbladder and spleen. We had an appointment at Fetch, Brandon, with Dr. Ivy Arnold. Immediately, after meeting Dr. Arnold, surgeon for small animals, I felt my boy was in good hands. She explained the procedure and the possibilities of the surgery. My experience with Dr. Arnold and the hospital staff has been amazing! I received several updates after the surgery and the day after, along with pics! My boy is doing so well, he gets to come home today! I can say I was less stressed knowing he was in good hands! Also, it was comforting to know that during the night, there was someone there to look after him, not being alone in an empty building. I highly recommend Fetch, Brandon! Thank you, Dr. Arnold and to the Fetch Staff! YOU ALL ROCK!

This review has taken me 3 months to write since Kya, my Rhodesian Ridgeback and center of my world passed away in April. I contemplated giving this low of a review because I thought I felt this way because I was in mourning and, although I continue to be in mourning, my feelings towards this place have not changed. The care leading up to Kya’s passing felt right. I spent enough money here to pay for a new car between the cancer treatment and emergency room visits until her last visit there. Dr. Muldowney seemed to be the right choice for care for her. His bedside manner was appropriate. He was compassionate. He was thorough. But when the most important time came to do something, he did nothing. That time I am speaking of was when I had to say goodbye to her. I received nothing from him or his care team. No phone call. No note. No email. No card. I was called by a random receptionist when her ashes were ready to be picked up and was told to come anytime and that they would be at the emergency side for my convenience. When I had to say goodbye to her, I was placed in an exam room with bright lights, nowhere to sit comfortably with her to snuggle her one last time, and I felt like if I took too much time in the room that I was going to inconvenience them. Yes, I know her body was going to start doing weird things after awhile (thanks for interrupting my mourning her to tell me that). I’ve done this before, but for the love of all things, let me have my time. I was never given a snipping of her hair. I walked out of there empty handed with an empty collar and a shattered heart. That is where I remain 3 months later writing this review.

I was referred to Dr. Otte by a trusted source and I could not have been more impressed with her and the entire Fetch Brandon team. Every person we came in contact with was as kind and helpful as the next. Dr. Otte was not only extremely knowledgeable, but she also showed genuine concern and compassion for my cat, took her time to sit down, discuss the plan, and thoroughly answer any questions or concerns. I am so grateful that such a wonderful practice is in the Tampa area.

The Fetch team was so wonderful! Skittles developed a high fever so quickly and they were right there to take care of her. They cuddled and pet her so she felt comfortable. We were really scared and everyone was calm and confident. It helped us stay calmer. AWESOME experience!
