You guys treated summer amazingly all I can say is thank you. Summer was actually calm and not stressed like how she was at the first 2 vets we took her too. I am forever appreciative of this vet clinic. They went above and beyond to come up with different solutions to help my cat and truly listened to my needs they NEVER brushed me off. The doctor is one of the most caring, patient, and persistent vets I’ve ever met someone who genuinely cares about my cat the way I do. The techs were also so patient and loving. After bringing my cat to two other vets and having such a horrible experience, this place reassured me that there are still good vets out there. I appreciate the time and patience they had with me, especially as a young cat owner. The clinic is spotless, smells wonderful, and from the moment we walked in, I felt calm and safe. After all my struggles, this place is by far the best vet ever. I recommend this vet to anyone

No matter how busy it is, everyone is always warm and attentive. I always get a follow up call to check in after the appointments. It feels like my pets are genuinely cared for and respected. Beth loves Dr. Andrew and his team!

The staff and Dr. Andrew are super accommodating to us and our dog. The waiting room is large and the facilitiy is always clean. We always feel comfortable bringing our dog in either routinely or for something unexpected. And Dustin - he is amazing and always has a personal touch. Newport is lucky to have him! The pet perks are also a nice benefit. Communication is efficient with the pet desk platform.

What can I say other than Dr. Andrew and his team at Newport Animal Hospital are THE BEST! we have been taking our dogs & cats (Ilsa. Morgan, Ace, Ezra and Luna) to him for 10 years. We were so lucky to find him when we moved to Bonita. When we had to say goodbye to our beautiful GSD Ilsa, Dr. Andrew and team were so sweet and comforting. Every time we arrive for an appointment, we are greeted with such positive and caring group. Dustin is always kind and helpful as well as the rest of the administrative team. I have had pets throughout my life and I can say Dr. Andrew is one of the best Vets around.

Our family has been with Newport since before our youngest human child was born. The doctor and staff have ALWAYS treated our fur babies with dignity and compassion, whether at the end of their lives or if we're establishing care for a new family pet. We are very grateful for Newport Animal Hospital and everyone there whose always made sure our pets feel like family even when in the office and away from home.
