At 1st I was hesitant due to what people were saying had happened in the past. I was very pleasantly surprised at the care & consideration they had for the dogs & their owners. They accommodated me to getting my furry kid in the same day when I called at 8 am instead of having to pay for an emergency appointment or waiting a couple of weeks to get her in🙏My girl is blind & very defensive with other dogs. When we were passing by the others with their's, the employee was adamant about keeping everyone safe without any problems 🙂 I love the female vet & how she addressed my girl professionally with understanding & knowledge of her issue. Very thoural with handling everything allowing me to forget any worries! Then the bill came & I most definitely was happily surprised that the cost was so much less than I imagined 🙏 I noticed someone had to come in to pay in advance for upcoming appointments. That made me understand why they were able to have a shorter waiting time for anyone to get appointments more quickly than other veterinarian clinics I had called. It helps cut down on cancellations & I'm sure it helps anyone really remember they have an appointment LOL Sad to see people rushing in with emergencies yet happy to see the employees tend to them immediately. All in all it was very comforting knowing they really do care about the care they provide without gouging anyone with the cost. I'm very grateful for them & that I know we have a wonderful vet established here💞🐾🐾💞

I can’t imagine a less responsive veterinarian than this place. We have received directly contradictory information from one visit to another concerning procedures, mixed up or simply missed medications during pick up, to getting the run around for weeks when trying to get a dog with significant ear infections in. Dr. Dave made a poor choice in who he sold his practice to.

I was able to get an appointment within a few days , that was great. The wait time was less then 5 min from my scheduled appointment time , .also really great , .but I was there for 3+ hours , I didn't mind because I knew they were busy and I was in my own room with my pet and I never felt like I was forgotten. My overall experience was positive and I would recommend, but I would advise to be prepared to spend more then you would at other places. And don't expect, what you might expect to be included , for example, $385 for a comprehensive new pet exam, and comprehensive full health profile, ( also urinalysis and glucose strip test ) = all that comprehensive testing does not include testing for heartworm or fecal test or anything like that , the new pet comprehensive exam does not include it either , it doesn't even include a nail trim , or any vaccines or anything,., but they are friendly

I had a wonderful experience here. They were very understanding about my dogs boundaries. He can be pretty aggressive with strangers but I always take precautions and they were so nice about it and non judgmental. They’re very thorough in explaining things and answered every question I had or offered a more in-depth explanation when asked. When we sat in the waiting room for the meds and receipt a wonderful nurse(?) offered to ask other clients to step back to give my pup some space to make it out the door when we were ready to go. ❤️
