Chewy Vet Care Coral Springs

My experience in Chewy Vet Care (Coral Springs) was excellent. From the moment I called, the people who answered the phone treated me very, very well. The doctor who treated my little dog explained everything perfectly to me. They gave my dog a toy and examined him thoroughly. The care and attention I received felt truly five-star. I’m happy to know there are still people who provide great customer service and make you feel so satisfied with the care you receive. Thank you so much for everything.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care my dog Milo and I have received. The vet, techs, and entire staff are incredibly compassionate and truly go above and beyond to make sure he gets the best care possible. They have shown so much empathy toward my situation, which means the world when you have a chronically ill pet. I was also pleasantly surprised by the additional discounts and resources they offered to help support Milo’s care. What stands out the most is their communication—they consistently reach out with updates and take the time to thoroughly explain results in a way that is both clear and compassionate. I never feel rushed, and I always feel heard and supported. I am beyond grateful for everything they are doing to help Milo through his treatments. If you are looking for a clinic that is empathetic, caring, and thorough, I highly recommend them. In addition, their Clinic is pristine and they make sure they offer you a beverage while you wait with your pet and treats for them as well. There is also a cute photo booth decorated for every holiday with free bandanas to make your pet feel super special.

I think it was a little expensive, maybe including certain basic services in the initial visit like nail cutting. Otherwise, I think the staff from start to finish was very knowledgeable of my pet’s needs, they were attentive, waiting time was minimal, I was seen right away, they treated Alfred with respect and care, all answers were immediate and I was encouraged to ask questions and I was listened to. Very nice clean place. They offer complementary water and treats for your pet.

My boyfriend and I brought in our one-year-old cat, whom we adopted last year, for his first checkup, along with our 14-year-old Pomeranian Poodle. From start to finish, the entire staff was everything you hope for in a veterinary office—kind, patient, personable, and knowledgeable. They truly went above and beyond to make both of our fur babies feel as comfortable as possible, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and their owners. We’ll definitely continue bringing our pets here for all of their veterinary care! 🐾

I’ve been bringing my boy, Bruce, to Chewy at Coral Springs for almost a year, and it has been a game-changer. Having visited other clinics in the past, I always felt like just another client, and the service was often limited to the basics, but here, the staff truly goes the extra mile to understand both me and Bruce on a deeper level. A special shout-out to Tiff, Kiki and Dr. Newman who always makes sure Bruce is comfortable and has everything he needs. They explain everything in a way that’s clear and easy to grasp. And, the team has also been incredibly reassuring and ease my worries, especially on those days when we had unexpected concerns. It’s clear that they are not only professionals but genuinely care about their clients and their pets. Even though I don’t live nearby, the drive is absolutely worth it because I feel like part of the family. If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond, then look no further!
