100% would recommend!!! The kitties are happy and healthy because of the amazing doctors and staff! One of our kitties passed away naturally due to old age and when we brought her in for cremation, I got the warmest hug from Rachael. Everyone came over and acknowledged the passing of Suki (little white kitty). Dr. Dwyer also saved her life the year prior and I’m very grateful for that additional year. Adriana is very welcoming, Jordan, Deniz and all the other techs take great care of our babies and always remember my name and the kitties names too. They will always stop by the carrier when we are in the lobby to give them love and pets. I can tell they love animals and love what they do.

I’ve been taking my fur babies to Royal Oaks going on 11 years. It was the first and only vet’s office I have gone to since I moved to Florida. Their knowledge, care, concern, respect and heart has always made Royal Oaks # 1 in my book. The staff is incredibly kind and proactive. There is always great followup and follow through. I truly believe they treat our pets as if they were their own!!

When our Golden sees that we are parking to go into Royal Oaks Veterinary Hospital, he is so happy. The Staff are happy and excited to see how much he has grown. We trust the doctors, and they are always willing to explain what they are doing and ways to provide good care for him at home.

We brought my childhood dog of 15 years here to cross the Rainbow Bridge with dignity and compassion to end his suffering and this vet did not deliver, and he deserved better. After hours of waiting, he was treated poorly by the staff and my grieving family was treated even worse by the two vets. I fear the team does not know what they are doing, as they required 3 people to place a catheter, at which point the sedation he was given wore off. My mother was degraded on the phone after calling to check in on the status after our dog had been there for 2 hours already, and my father was dismissed, leaving our dog alone in a muzzle in his final moments. I am disgusted and disappointed.

I brought my dog Milo yesterday so he could pass over the rainbow bridge. I was there for over 2 hours, although my wife had made an appointment. It started off ok, with the tech offering some treats, and went from bad to worse from there. Although they weighed him, when they sedated him to relax, it apparently wasn't enough sedation. The poor dog was given another shot to relax, then it got ugly. 3 different people tried to put in a pic line for the meds and failed miserably, I lost count after 10 tries. I was asked to step outside, so the vet could put in the line. That was when I realized over 2 hours had passed, after about 10 minutes, I was asked to come back in to see my dog in a muzzle. When I asked what happened, the vet said it's difficult when veins are hard to pic, apparently, they muzzled him because the sedation had worn off. The vet had to compassion when I left do to being to upset to stay. When my wife called to ask what went wrong, she treated rudely, and referred to as "lady, it's hard to put in a line" by the vet. Absolute disgrace what my poor dog had to go through. The only thing they did correctly was process my CC payment.
