Not only was my dog misdiagnosed but she treated me like an incompetent dog Mom, was so busy blaming me for being incompetent in my feeding program she couldnt see the real picture. he got fresh organic food and whatever type he would eat. I was shipping it all over the u.s for him. Turns out instead of having pancreatic and me being a horrible mom who wasn't feeding her dog properly, he was dying from a very aggressive case of stomach cancer. Not sure why doctor in E.R found the huge tumor just by touching his belly. He was so painful, it was so big, and Keller did not find it or was not open to this option. I did show up with bloodwork pointing to this option. She was not open to something going o besides me being a bad dog mom and giving pancreatic. After confirming tumor with ultrasound,He was immediately put down. Turns out the last week of his life didn't need to be spent force feeding boring food he didnt like, like doctor Keller insisted repetitively then shamed me for not doing it. Turns out the tumors were so big he had no space for food. So allowing him to have people food, yummy things which he isnt allowed would have been lovely for him, bacon, steak etc, He was dying, who knows for how long since I had been using this clinic for 1 to 1.5 years. People lovely but have a western vet also please, maybe your dog will longer than mine.

My experience at Healing Heart in Boyton Beach has been excellent! Dr. Keller & Dr. Kachejian have both treated my elderly dog with ozone treatments & holistic remedies. The diet guidelines given for continuous care have made a significant impact on my pups quality of life. Thank you for being here in Palm Beach County.

I have had several dogs, diagnosed by traditional veterinarians to have terminal illnesses, where the treatment recommended by them was to simply put the dog on prednisone to prolong its life, but not deal with the disease. Dr. Keller, however treats the issue and promotes healing of the disease through homeopathy, ozone therapy, herbal treatments, and other useful methods that help the pet to recover, not just treat the symptoms. If your pet has a terminal issue diagnosed, I highly recommend speaking with Dr. Keller before proceeding with traditional western veterinary medicine techniques. She can save your pet.

I have been going to Healing Hearts for over 14 years. Dr. Keller USED to be a very thorough doctor, but is not any longer. If you are thinking of switching vets, please do not come to this vet. She is only open until 2:00 four days a week. She will close with no notice and will cancel your appointment (that you’ve been waiting on for 3 weeks) the day before. My dog had a large mass on his side which she called a “love bump”. We continuously asked if it should be removed and she’d touch it and say “no, it’s fine.” We finally asked for blood work and a recommendation to another vet if it needed to be removed. We were suddenly treated differently. We were waiting on an appointment for my dog to be seen for an infected nail and she canceled the day before. We waited 3 weeks for this appointment! We wound up having to take him to an emergency vet where he had to have surgery to remove the nail. We called her after to discuss the procedure and what her follow up suggestions would be, but were never able to speak with her or contacted later. . My 8 year old dog wound up having cancer and we had to put him down last week. Dr. Keller still does not know of his passing because she does not care about her patients. Please, if you love your dog as much as we loved ours do not bring them to her. She is in the witch doctor business…. Not in the real business of saving animals.

I originally came here for ozone treatments after my French bulldog was diagnosed with IVDD and became completely paralyzed. This was the only nearby option that didn’t require driving an hour away for treatment. I’m not sure how much the treatments helped, though that may have been due to the severity of his condition. Because I appreciated their holistic approach, I decided to give them a chance as his primary vet and scheduled his annual checkup. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We waited over an hour before a vet tech came in to ask very basic questions, things I’d expect them to already have on file. While waiting, I overheard staff through the thin walls discussing the “hard cases” of the day and implying we’d be stuck waiting even longer. At that point, we decided to leave. Sadly, I won’t be returning, even though holistic vets are limited in this area. Just not a good experience.
