If I could give it zero stars I would…
If I could give it zero stars I would have. I rescued a poodle three months ago and brought to a vet the next day. He did a basic exam and said she needed some teeth removed and he wanted to test a flap of skin so we booked an appointment for a later date and I bought the spot $4000 pet insurance. She had not been diagnosed with anything at this point. $2500 later she had 17 teeth removed and I turned in the paperwork. Weeks and weeks and weeks went by. The results came back from the flap and it was cancer. Today I was informed that my initial claim was completed. Denied due to pre existing condition. So is the cancer surgery. What a scam this is. I am reporting to BBB.
