If you set the money on fire instead, at least you'd generate a little heat.
We may as well have taken the money spent on our policy and given it away instead. Spot will look for any and all reasons to deny your claims, which is to be expected, most pet insurance is useless unless there is a horrible accident, but if Spot can't find a reason they will make it up. If you question their reasoning, their rude and condescending staff is more than happy to create a different excuse (or in the case of one person we had the displeasure of speaking with, just say "tough").
We're certainly learned our lesson with Spot (who also operates as ASPCA Insurance, be careful out there).
Edit since there is no ability to reply to a reply: Even though the Spot representative who replied to this review claims that they are not related to ASPCA Pet Insurance, Spot is administered and their claims are adjudicated by PTZ Insurance Agency, Ltd., who is listed as the producers of ASCPA Pet Insurance. It's different desks in the same office.
