Was the cheapest insurance I could find for my first car. They offer everything a beginner driver needs to get started. Their customer service is also very helpful and informative. I’ll definitely continue to stay with them as long as my insurance price drops being incident free and as I get my full license. Strongly recommended to any new driver having trouble finding insurance!

The service provided when signing up was excellent. Easy to contact and quick responses. No contact for claims as yet.

I have asked half a dozen times for my policy information and pink slips to be sent to my address. I am not good on computers. I don't have access to a printer. I work 3 jobs and don't have time to sit on the phone for hours to argue with your customer service reps. I have been driving without proof of insurance since June. This is the worse insurance experience I've had in my life. I'll be changing companies come my renewal time.

Love being able to do most of my insurance needs online. I have had to call once or twice and they were so friendly and helpful. Great rates. I’ve been really happy with my switch to sonnet.
