Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I paid for 3 months insurançe, ($388) çancelled after 32 days and received a refund of $138. Doesn't meet the cancellation rate table percentage.

I am very happy with Sonnet I wish I had found them sooner. It’s so easy to just do everything on line instead of calling in and playing the waiting game. With sonnet if I need to change something I can just do it no hassle no issues just login change whatever and done.

I traditionally used Brokers to find my Auto Insurance, thinking that I was getting the best company & rates for my situation. I have been frustrated lately by the red tape and slow response from my broker every time I had a question, policy change, or other matter. I searched the Internet and cautiously contacted Sonnet on their estimating portal and was blown away by how easy the whole process was. Even I was able to set up a summer car sitting in storage and was impressed how Sonnet walked me through that change. The rates were amazing, and for the first time in many years, I paid up all of my years' Auto Insurance in one payment. I am sorry that I didn't hear about Sonnet sooner.

So far I haven't had to claim or call for insurance, but the experience from the begining was super positive. All online, fast and easy.

THis company makes it very easy to go online and get the services you need, and im so happy I found Sonnet, i got car and condo insurance. Two thumbs way up.
