This is the best insurance company I ever had, in the past I have to answer so many questions and just for nothing, not even to low the price, at the end you ending up paying the same as other companies, with Sonnet is totally different, not too many questions and the best of all, ypay a lot less than other companies! I just love it!!!

Horrible experience....can not believe a business I am simply trying to support would actually treat anyone like this. It's borderline iileagl and one hundred percent disgusting. I did my quote easily online, called in to confirm the price and ask questions about payment/expected waiting time. The initial setup takes a few minutes and in a day or two it was active. Then I bought stickers for my plates online which checks for your insurance status. Basically within two days my car was on the road with all digital documents and in two weeks I got my plate stickers and any other documents I needed in the mail. Website is fast and easy to use. Customer service was the same experience and by that I mean I didn't have to wait on hold. The only issue I had was not having a credit card for first payment so I used Paypal then I used the website to change payment method afterwards.
