Everything went well pretty easy system had a little bit of hiccup with the payment but it was straightened out quite fast.

I have an open claim since the beginning of November with little to no communication. I have since purchased a new vehicle because I didn't have a choice. As I still need to get to work. I will admit everything was great until a claim was made.

Rather dissatisfied at the moment with my increase in the cost of my car insurance. Also why when I make a new quote as if I was a new client, the cost is around $200 less. I put exactly the same options and values. Even my driver's license number was entered. I find it unfair to have a higher amount when we are already a customer. But when I want to buy the new one, always error display Sorry we have problem.
