We had a subscription confusion…
We had a subscription confusion regarding my last payment, an error infiltrated itself from the beginning at signup, first payment, and was fixed promptly and we're all in track. I was taken by surprise that i wasn't informed prior to the changes it represented in my budget of this month.
It was dealt with professionalism and courtesy.
