They quoted me $165 a month for two cars (one is parked six months a years) and jumped at it because it would save me $1000 a year, got my bill and its now $368 a month. I called in and the person described the issue and credited my account for the mishap. It took over a week to get an answer. I’ll be watching my bill very carefully after reading reviews and my own experience

I cancelled my insurance with this disgrace of insurance group and they decided to charge me an extra 600$ cancellation fee !! I let them know 20 days in advance I was done with them and they still took the money out of my account

I thought it was a good experience easy to sign up and fast. Would have liked to speak to someone I’m old school but all in all a good experience

Although pleased with my first experience of getting a quote and becoming a new customer, wait till you make a change like a new car. The rate skyrocketed. Getting customer service was a nightmare. They never admitted a mistake despite me showing other quotes $180 less per month. Stay away. Far away. What is more ridiculous than their prices being 290% higher than reputable places like Aviva, is the response I have received from them on Twitter and this review site. Your price went up because you changed cars, well yes, but my price went WAY up and it 290% HIGHER than reputable companies like Aviva. Stay away, the moment you change anything on your policy they hike the rates.
