I wanted too add a policy insurance to…my house to I need to pay down payment
I wanted too add a policy insurance to my house do I need to pay again for down payment
I wish there was anything less than 1 star. The poorest services ever. I was contacted immediately as if the issue would be resolved. Still their adjuster is asleep. They do not care about their customers. Guess what? I am also charged insurance even though I do not have a car and still not been settled.
Guys beware!!

Switched from my last house and auto ins. Supplier when they failed to pay a claim. I have saved a small fortune over the previous co. I have nothing but praise for the staff i have dealt with by phone(I'm old fashioned and to speak with people who know what to do) they have all been great, informative, and prompt.
It seems to take way much longer to process a claim. Going on day 3 and haven't received any feedback from adjuster, even after numerous attempts to reach out. Additionally, calling Sonnet claims department forwards me to Economical??!
