Customer Service sucked! i was requesting a quote for an import vehicle and the process took me 1 month to complete. very disappointed as a customer.

Thank You , I have received 2 letters by mail . I have received duplicate copies of my Auto Insurance Policy , both with the pink cards attached . However I have not received my Home Policy yet. Please forward when available, Thank You .
