It beggars belief
When I applied for insurance, the customer service staff told me that the extra cost of canceling the insurance was only about $10. However, I paid about $130. The explanation given is that the customer service staff was wrong! How much should the reputation of the enterprise be worth?
They admitted their employees' mistakes, but said they could do nothing but say sorry. This is a very surprising answer. I was lucky to have lost only a little money. It's hard to imagine what would happen if there were a large insurance claim.
I have found Sonnet Insurance. To be a great Insurance company. They gave me a great Insurance Quote. Their service is fast and easy. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family.
I got an email after a month saying my policy was cancelled. No warning, no explanation. No infractions or tickets to cause this. They better refund my payment!
