I was denied coverage by a large insurance company on my cottage because I had two claims in 5 years. I was with that company over 30 years but was still just dumped. I input all my information online. Received options and prices. Accepted the policy. Input credit card information and done. Pink slips showed up prior to activate. So easy!! And got GREAT prices!

Quick Response from the online chat help. When I tried to input my address, it wasn't coming up in the system and therefore couldn't get a quote. I used the online chat help, and they very quickly found my address and put it in their system. The entire process was quick and easy.
