I had to buy insurance from someone to move into my apartment. Sonnet emailed like WAY TOO MANY times with spam so now they get a one star review. All these guys are the same. If you have to buy from one buy from the cheapest you can find.
I have called sonnet several times this week to try and straighten out a payment issue and every representative I speak to gives me a different answer and it really is quite frustrating

Was recently in an accident that totaled my car. Called Sonnet and within 20 mins. my claim was set up and a rental car reservation was set up for the next day. This was the only call I had to make, the adjusters assigned to my claim were prompt, professional and courteous and were on top of things right from the start. All around just a great experience, will be sticking with Sonnet for all of my insurance needs!
