Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

Easy to use your web site, I've been insured with Sonnet for over a year now and I have had nothing but a great experience with them :)

Was easy to apply online and get insurance for my home and cars all in under one hour

Just like other buyers I was also excited when I bought car insurance from sonnet for my first car and then I bought another couple of policies for my another cara from sonnet but my nightmare starts when I called them for small claim for my rear bumper which was hit by someone I'm not at fault case and I'm following up with their team for last 2 months or more for set up an estimator call but nothing received. I am keep on writing emails to their team member Rana Zaza who is dealing with me for my claim first thing she never replied any email and not attending any calls. I don't know maybe I need to file a suit for this kind of service and ask for compensation for this kind of customer service for Mon addressing any issues.

My husband and I both have policies with Sonnet. His car was stolen on Halloween. Initially we received excellent service, rental car was booked in an hour, but after that, the service has been horrible. He has had to call several times, sometimes waiting almost an hour to talk to someone, he's been waiting for an email from the company to direct him to the next steps for the claim, but has never received an email with directions, he just keeps getting told "it's going to be sent". I hope my car never gets stolen or damaged while I'm with them.
