Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

TD insurance offers me insurance policy with the same conditions but twice cheaper than sonnet. That is the main reason why I'm going to leave this insurance company behind.

I am a new member of sonnet and I have to say that I am super happy with the switch I made to this insurance company. It was quick and easy and I saved almost 30$a month coming from the cooperators which I was a customer with for almost 15 years. Everything was explained in terms that I could understand and you guys even send me emails asking me what I think which makes me feel like a person instead of just another number. I am so happy I made the switch to sonnet. I would and have recommended to friends and family they do the same and make the switch!! Super duper happy. Lol.

They didnt cancel and keep taking money out of my account. What unethical pieces... Further I have twice sent emails within the website and received a $13. refund. NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I am owed. Stay away. When you need them they are by design hard to find and contact

I've been using an insurance broker for years, thinking they were shopping the market for the best package for me. It turns out, they were owned by a major insurer (something they failed to disclose) and by some coincidence that insurer was who my policy always ended up with! What a shocker! Further, when I was rear-ended recently, I got no service from the brokerage, but was left to deal directly with the insurer. So what value am I getting from the broker? Being a hardcore do-it-yourselfer, I hate the idea of using a commissioned salesperson for anything, so I started to look for an online option, which is how I found Sonnet. So far, I have only purchased my policies, so I can't speak to the claims experience. But here's what I have experienced so far: 1) The Sonnet web site is brilliant. Purchasing policies, even for a new customer was dead simple as the site walks you through the process in plain English. 2) Sonnet has done a GREAT job simplifying your options. No codes, and no jargon no one can understand. Just a few plain-English options to add to the base coverage if you want. I was able to easily duplicate the coverage found on my previous policy documents. 3) The half-hour (or so) I spent online with Sonnet saved me a small fortune. For my two cars and house, my annual premium is more than $1,300 less than my previous insurer! In short, I am super-pleased with my decision to switch to Sonnet (so far, anyway). If you bank online, shop online and invest online, why not get your insurance online as well? No point paying for commissions for a broker you don't need and who may not have your best interests at heart.
