Changed my auto insurance policy without consent
They randomly changed my auto insurance policy and refused to disclose what the change was. I told them twice that I do not consent to changes to my account, and they refused to rescind the change they made, nor did they tell me what the change was.
For not having a store front, customer service is easy access. Sonnet is understanding and when I had a miscommunication they explained clearly and worked with me. Just a great experience. In my years of driving this has been the best so far!
It was very easy to enroll. I did it all online. My only criticism is that I expected to get a policy in the mail and never did. I'm still not sure what I am actually covered for. Avril Caley
