Really easy to get it auto and home insurance without leaving your couch and if you bundle home and auto insurance you get discount. Much better than the traditional way of insurance.

My home insurance wasn't renewed. No problem at that point but when I go to get it somewhere else, this is where the problem starts. I was asked from another company why it was not renewed? I tell what was told to me...since the policy was not Cancelled and instead not renewed, a reason is not needed to be given to anyone as it is a Sonnet Policy. As of now I cannot get insured from anyone in the business because of it. My auto policy is Still active. I'm now told to use their website to talk to someone about this, but I have twice and it's always the same answer as above, so what is the user the big secret as to why a non renewal. I don't need them to renew, just the reason so I can pass it along to anither company and get INSURANCE

I got billed twice after changing my payment date, which the agent said would be simple enough, then got billed on Feb 20th for my last payment of my policy and the FIRST payment of my RENEWED policy which usually came out in March. I tried calling two agents and they explained it was to keep my payments up to date, which didn't make sense. I am waiting for a supervisors call on Monday. If I could afford it, I'd change companies, this is the third time I've recieved terrible customer service

It was straightforward to set up my insurance, remove a vehicle from my policy, and add another. So far, Sonnet has been great!
