Not very helpful when you need it.
Someone broke into my vehicle and stole my camera bag, i have contents coverage under my policy. This happened a month ago, still no idea on what’s going on, my online profile says i dont even have a claim filed. I had called them in regards to that just to be questioned as to why i was in such a rush to get this resolved…
I dont think my family will be renewing our policy, this has been brutal experience and I’ve been left in the dark since the beginning. Worth noting of all the adjusters they could have assigned to my case, they stick me with the one who went on a week long staycation once they right off the bat and going away again at the end of the month so I’ve been told. Cant help but feel like this wont be resolved anytime soon.
