Great company!!
Sonnett is a great company to deal with they have a very reliable staff and they help resolve your problems with ease and understanding I'm going to stay with this company!!!
My car was stolen last June 2023. The thief broke the back window and stripped the GPS harness. The car is still at the shop until now. Unfortunately, the insurance stop supporting me to get through of this dilemma.
They stopped providing me with a rental car and I never heard any support in any means to show that they care. I tried calling the adjuster but got no answer and no reply even if you send an email.
My car still at the shop until now, I'm paying for the car insurance premium, paying for the car monthly loan and no car to use because the insurance doesn't want to help.
