Efficient and Professional
I haven't had a claim with Sonnet, but every contact I've has been positive and efficient.
The website is easy to use and most changes you can make online yourself. My only complaint is that I detest dealing with the bot, but that applies to almost every company I've contacted in the past year.

Check your renewal because Sonnet will be not insurance cars in Alberta in the new year unless you meet their criteria
