Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I want to state SONNET insurance is easy and cheaper then most which is great BUT I had car insurance with SONNET and had a Brand new 2023 Honda I was driving and someone reversed into my lane causing my car to smash into them. The car was damaged on one side but not to much the airbag went off and I had to go to the hospital for a check up. It took SONNET 6 months to finally pay me out for my car leaving me with nothing but words for a full 6 months. They took my car the day after the accident. They wouldn't cover me for a car rental even though it was part of my plan? They gave countless excuses about why they are taking their time meanwhile I had to figure out a way to work without a car? You would think that in a accident not caused by you you'd be covered by your insurance but no SONNET doesn't care. I had to still pay for insurance for my car while I DIDN'T HAVE A CAR? They also paid me out under 8k less then my new car that was bought 3 months before the accident. They cheap out and take your money. Please make sure you look around most of these reviews that are good are fake from the company.

These guys are crooks. Moved and got a quote for my new place, and was the reason we kept our car insurance with them. Policy came up for renewal, and the email notifying me included that quote. Upon logging in, noted premiums were going to be 300% higher! Spoke to customer service, he blamed it on a "known glitch" and there was nothing they could change. Unacceptable, cancelled as soon as I could.
