Great customer service in an era of AI…
Great customer service in an era of AI and chat boxes. I managed a policy change on line very easily. But a follow up call was necssary and I was happy to speak with a human! I really recommend Sonnet for both car and house insurance.
Customer since 2016 with ZERO claims. Worse flooding in Souther Quebec on august 9, 2024. Summit first claim can't find it. Submit it again and still waiting for an adjuster to be assigned to my claim 4 days later. No one knows anything every time you call. They can't give you information on where to stay because your house is unlivable.
