Loved it And very Easy to use there staff on call is also very good, knowledgeable and friendly

Currently have an open claim and it took almost five days to get some support to start. Customer service is almost non existent. Lack of communication, little to no response when you call or leave messages for adjuster in the claims department even when you escalate your concerns! I guess you truly get what you pay for. Please spend the money and pay for a more expensive and reputable insurance company where urgency and care actually means something I regret signing up with this company !!
