This was truly the easiest and the cheapest insurance company I’ve dealt with in the past 22 years. Also a very forgiving company as I forgot to update my banking information when I had received a new card and they didn’t charge me any NSF FEES and gave me ample time to correct the situation. I also had to unfortunately file a claim and they were extremely helpful and never once made me feel bad. Great company!

Like every review your employee or your paid people write good things about you but Like every insurance company you care about your pocket first. Every year increase premium not matter what. If there is a claim then you increase premium by 46% therefore obviously you are in this business to make money fairly or unfairly

Your team was fantastic in setting up our original house insurance and also when we moved to another city the expertise of one agent in particular (Shanese) was invaluable in explaining the "MOVE TOOL" ...a thunderous round of applause to her!!!
