Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

I really don't like the idea that dogs as they get older and have older dog problems that are not covered.I mwill give trhis a second look. Othan this we have had only the best experiences,so far.

We have had this insurance since 2008 and have processed four claims. Every time we call them they are extremely courteous and always ready to explain what we have to do in a FRIENDLY matter. They never rushed us, or seemed to be annoyed with any of our questions. They have even went as far as to help us with the vet when we were unsure of some of the charges and explanations of service. The process of claims is so easy to do, and when they have questions instead of just sending the whole thing back or worse throwing it away, they instead call you and e-mail you try to explain what went wrong so it can be fixed. We ALWAYS received our claim within 10 business days which compared to another insurance usually takes 30-45 days. I love PETS BEST INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had Pets Best fror over 4 years and unfortunately had to submit 2 very large claims for 2 of my dogs(I have 3).and Pets Best came through saving us a total of almost $3000.00.. really made both situations much easier to deal with just know the insurance is there for us

I have had this pet insurance on 2 dogs for 3 years. It has been very good, reimbursing me some amount for every vet appt I have taken my dogs to.

I recently lost a pet to a vicious dog attack. The entire experience was devastating. The most amazing part of my experience is that I was able to provide the best care she could have received because this wonderful company. Everything possible was done in an attempt to save her life. In the end, despite the valiant attempt Gully Animal Hospital provided under the direction of Dr. Brad Franklin and Dr. Roy Gully and their fantastic staff, she did not make it. There is tremendous comfort in knowing I could afford to give her the best chance possible. Pets Best Insurance was kind, sensitive, and extremely courteous when I had to call to report she was no longer a Pets Best client. My claim was handled promptly and totally to my satisfaction. You never know when you will need to try every measure to save your beloved pet's life. If I had to lose her, I am so thankful to have been backed by a company that gave me the peace of mind that finances had nothing to do with the outcome. The support of having Pets Best Insurance greatly helped during this event. It made it easier knowing I was covered by a company that provided my pet with every resource available; for this reason, I am extremely grateful for the excellent treatment, high standard of ethics, and kindness I received at time when it was truly needed.
