My Experience Was Great. My Dog A...

My experience was great. My dog ate a foreign object and it was wrapped up in his intestines. Surgery cost me $2200, and I made the claim a day after I picked him up. I received $1600 a week later without any hassle.

This Was Our First Claim - And We...

This was our first claim - and we used the wellness portion of our policy. I was a little skeptical but the process was fast - I took a picture of my bill with my phone and submitted with my phone. Very simple and easy. Notified by customer service along the way! Excellent!

I Submitted My Claim And I Get An...

I submitted my claim and i get an email right away letting me know my claim was received. Which i like, it lets me know things are in process. Within just a few days I received my explanation of benefits and the next day I received my payments. I never have to worry about Pets Best, they always take care of my claims with satisfaction. Thank You!

This Is An On-Going Issue For My ...

This is an on-going issue for my pet Shaq - Has a brain tumor and chemo is helping to keep it reduced. If I did not have the insurance - Shaq would no longer be with me. He is doing great per the Oncologist. Remarkable are her words.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
