Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

I have never had pet insurance until this puppy and I must say that there was absolutely no hassles the first claim I made. Nationwide Pet Insurance paid the claim exactly as the policy stated and did so within one week. I would recommend this company for pet insurance 100%

This company is wonderful, so helpful and the plans are great and not that expensive. I highly recommend if you have a furbaby. Thumbs up all around.

In 2016, both of our boys had treatment for medical issues - unfortunately. However - FORTUNATELY for us, we took out Nationwide plans. Koby - our now 5 year old had both a canine tooth extraction (with an abscess) and another canine tooth had a root canal. Our youngster, Gambler, had an ER visit due to his sudden, over-consumption of food. Nationwide paid both claims - no hassle and so quickly! The process was so simple! I have to admit, I was pretty nervous knowing that Koby's renewal is coming up soon and wondering what the claim would do to the premium. I already expected a 'hike' due his 5th birthday. I received the renewal notice, braced for the worst as I opened the envelope. Happy to report - it wasn't anything to worry about. Thank you Nationwide for being a prompt payer and definitely a reasonable one! We will happily continue our coverage and promote you with all of my pet friends!

I recently had an issue where my dog had a ruptured disc in his neck, I didn't realize dogs got such a thing! it took several visits and tests but they finally diagnosed him with c4-c5 disc rupture. He was in a lot of pain and was having trouble walking and moving. He had the surgery and he is almost back to normal. I am so thankful that I signed him up!
