Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

This firm is little more than rip-offs. They deny most every claim. This then requires you to call and fight for each claim you submit. Once they have sufficiently seen how disappointed you are and threaten to cancel, they reverse decision and pay some of the claim. The latest part of their scam is since we have 4 dogs, and one has passed away (of which they will not pay on euthanizing if they are over 8) they STILL took nearly $800.00 for his policy and continue to do so. We have requested that they return the money for a dog that has been deceased for months and still charge their coverage for... Looks like Nationwide has to be sued and taken to a small claims court. I can't wait for this fun to expose them for the scam artists they truly are. I will provide and update to this here.

I have never gotten pet insurance until we gotten our French bulldog. What a great insurance company. We have got a lot of money back that you spend at the Vet on normal check ups and mishaps. Thanks Nationwide for being there.

I have no words that can come close to describing how extremely satisfied I am with Nationwide Pet insurance services and claim process. I have three furry babies all different breeds, a Siberian Husky, an Australian Shepherd and an American Cocker Spaniel who I love dearly. They are family not just pets and their wellbeing means everything to me. Thank God so far I have only had to do small claims but you have made the process easy and that is important when we have the stress of having our pets ill or injured. You guys do a tremendous job to give us a great peace of mind. I highly recommend Nationwide Pet insurance to everyone out there. Please continue to have high standards of customer service and I assure you that at least me you will have as a costumer for a life time.

Our dog had a lipoma removed from his left rear hock, along with several small fatty masses from his eyelids. Fortunately all were benign! After subtracting our annual deductible, our insurance paid 93% of the claim amount! We are delighted that the only part that wasn't covered was a coincidental tooth cleaning which we knew would be excluded under the policy terms. We are very satisfied customers and have peace of mind knowing our companions are covered.

I have looked at other insurance plans and I think Nationwide has the best. They have my house and vehicle policies for the last 25 years and have done a great job. I took a chance to insure my pet and they have fulfilled my expectations.
