Too long to get reimbursement, still waiting.

Usually you are pretty good but waiting a long time recently for reimbursements. Alos low reimbursements on some things like shots and office visits. I will look at other insurane when I get new pets. I have been with you for a long, long time with two pets.

Thank God for Nationwide Pet Insurance!

Little did we know that our precious Tiny Toy Red Poodle RUBY would have several major health problems in her early lifetime. We have been very blessed to have this Insurance Coverage. Thank ou Nationwide for making the decisions easy for us with Ruby's Medical Care. She too sends you licks and love. By the way, your service and staff are beyond fabulous! Great Coverage! Simple claim filing!

Without this company we couldn’t have kept Henry. He has Allergies and it took us 18 months to finally get him on an effective lifelong plan that lets him enjoy his life....We are so grateful for Nationwide!

Fast and Efficient

Very easy process. Response and update are so quick. Faxed the paperworks needed which is not much and the next day received an update already. Reimbursement explanation was so detailed and easy to understand. And of course the check came so quick too!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
