Claim
You asked me to resubmit a claim that didn’t have a diagnosis. I resubmitted last week and did not get a confirmation on receiving the fax. I’m clueless as to the status.

Excellent customer service and medial review and value!
I'm so relieved and always happy to have coverage for my dogs with Nationwide. Each experience with them over the past few years has been standout, from the exceptional and clear and easy to navigate website to their unsurpassed Customer Service. The cost of my policy is well worth it for such comprehensive coverage and reimbursement. I wish my OWN health care were half as good!

Making a claim and getting it approved can be a hassle
Making a claim is a hassle because I can’t do it on my phone or tablet I have to use my computer. I had a claim denied because I was missing a document the representative I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. Next time I had a similar claim I included all the documents but it was denied again. I have not found time to call yet to disputed.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
