Very easy and fast claims process
Our pug puppy Nando has had a few minor health problems during his first year of life and we've been grateful to help Nationwide on our side. Submitting claims using the VitusVet app is extremely easy and claims have been processed quickly. I don't always remember the benefit limits and exceptions so have had to read the EOB or speak to Nationwide on a couple of occasions - those interactions always end with clarity. I feel the coverage is fair and good value, and gives me comfort that I won't ever be in a position where I have to sacrifice the quality of my pet's care out of fear that my insurance won't provide reasonable coverage. Thanks Nationwide!

Great insurance!
This is the best pet insurance available - better than some human health insurance policies! They pay promptly and the representatives are always receptive and helpful. Your problem is usually solved within minutes. Highly recommend this company!
