Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

When we adopted our little puppy, she was an abandoned dog from the Malibu fires in 2018. She had been cared for by a rescue organization who recommended we purchase the insurance. While we had been unsure about pet insurance with our past animals, it seemed like a good idea this time. We had just spent the last few years with aging pets who required a lot of expensive office visits. We didn't want that again! One of the most refreshing things with Nationwide is how easy it is to make claims and get paid! We even have the claims payments direct deposited to our account. It never takes long and is always as expected. This has been a very good decision for our family and our little pup.

so far we have had great experience with Nationwide's pet insurance. The claim process has been easy and we have not had any issues with any claims or reimbursements. The website is also fairly easy to navigate and I like how you can access all the claim info easily on the site. Only thing is I feel it takes a while to get the claim processed.

Much better since Nationalwide acquired VIP. I think you should beef up your coverages now.
